I Solve IT Ltd. (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, including through the automated SMS notification feature built into the booking websites we develop for our clients.
Information We Collect
When a business client uses our booking-website SMS notification service, we process:
— The business owner’s mobile phone number, used solely to send them automated appointment notifications
— Booking details (customer name, phone number, service, date and time) passed through from the client’s booking system, for the sole purpose of composing the notification message
SMS Notifications
Our system sends an automated SMS to a business owner’s registered mobile number each time a new booking is made on their website, so they can prepare for the appointment. This is an operational, non-marketing message. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.
Live Reference Implementation
Serendib Spa (serendibspa2026b.z29.web.core.windows.net) is a live demonstration website built by I Solve IT Ltd., used to showcase this booking and SMS notification system to prospective clients.
Data Storage
Data is stored securely using Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and retained only as needed for business operations.
