These terms govern the use of the booking and SMS notification system developed and operated by I Solve IT Ltd. (“we”, “us”) for its business clients.
Our Service
I Solve IT Ltd. builds websites with integrated online booking systems for small businesses. An optional feature of this system sends an automated SMS to the business owner’s own registered mobile number whenever a new booking is made on their website, so they can prepare for the appointment.
SMS Notifications
By registering a mobile number to receive these notifications, a business owner consents to receive automated, operational SMS messages related to bookings made on their website. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency depends on booking volume.
Live Demonstration
Serendib Spa (serendibspa2026b.z29.web.core.windows.net) is a live reference site built by I Solve IT Ltd. to demonstrate this booking and notification system to prospective clients.
No Liability for Third-Party Infrastructure
Our systems are hosted on Microsoft Azure. While we take reasonable care to keep services available and accurate, we are not liable for temporary unavailability due to circumstances outside our control.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
